LAND DEVELOPMENT

WEST PRAIRIE VILLAGE

West Prairie Village is a 210 acre mixed use residential and commercial neighborhood located on the west side of Sun Prairie. HEA provided preliminary engineering and surveying services to aid the Planning Consultants layout of this subdivision and then followed through with all of the platting. We provided engineering design services for the underground facilities, site grading, erosion control, and street construction and prepared detailed plans and specifications for bidding purposes. HEA has administered several contracts and has provided staking for each phase of the ongoing construction. West Prairie Village is an outstanding development.

MEADOW CROSSING

A residential development located in the City of Sun Prairie, Meadow Crossing includes 258 lots on 127 acres of land. This property is traversed by a natural gas pipeline and includes a navigable stream with wetlands and floodplain. HEA provided full surveying and engineering design services for this subdivision including the required environmental permitting and handled the contract administration and construction staking. We also provided engineering design and construction services for an interceptor sewer required to serve the area.

THE HERITAGE PROJECT

The Heritage Project is located in the Village of Deerfield and includes 120 residential lots and 1 commercial lot. We provided planning, surveying, engineering, and construction related services for this site.

 

THE BERGAMONT

The Village of Oregon is home to The Bergamont, a 500-acre golf course neighborhood with single family lots, a commercial component and large estate lots within a gated private community. The improvements within this plat are still ongoing and we have provided planning, surveying, engineering and construction related services for various components of this project.

HEA also provided site engineering and construction staking for the pool facility and golf course club house.

HAWKS WOODS

Hawks Woods is a residential plat located on the west side of Madison. It encompasses approximately 40 acres of land. We provided various planning, surveying, engineering and construction related services for this plat.

WHISPERING WINDS

Whispering Winds is one of the many rural plats we have prepared. This project is located in the Town of Middleton just off Airport Road and contains 80 acres. The lots are larger, estate type and are served by septic systems and wells. We provided the full range of services for this project including planning, surveying, engineering and construction related services.

ARBOR CREEK

The Arbor Creek project contains 113 single family home sites and is located in the City of Lake Mills. Arbor Creek is a wonderful new neighborhood which really provides that hometown feel. HEA provided all planning, surveying, engineering and construction related services for this project.

 

FITCHBURG BUSINESS PARK

Fitchburg Business Park is located at the corner of Seminole Highway and C.T.H. PD. The development incorporates general office space, a bank, a health club, a recreational facility and a retail component. We provided planning, surveying, engineering, and construction related services for the subdivision. Site engineering design services were also provided for the commercial/retail component near the Seminole Highway intersection.

LIBERTY PLACE

Another residential development, Liberty Place covers 82 acres on the City of Madison's southeast side. Properly incorporating the natural spaces and environmental corridors was crucial to the approval of this plat. We provided full planning, surveying, engineering and construction related services for this outstanding neighborhood.
