ROAD CONSTRUCTION

This photo shows the end result of a road construction project in the Village of Mt. Horeb. The existing underground utilities were repaired or completely replaced. The street was rebuilt with new curb and gutter to control stormwater. A new asphalt pavement was constructed and sidewalk was added. HEA provided general consulting services for this project along with the land surveying, engineering design, plan preparation and bidding documents. We completed the construction staking and provided observation and administration services for the Village.

STORMWATER FACILITIES

Stormwater management systems have become a necessary component to many communities' Public Works responsibilities. HEA is knowledgeable and experienced in the regulation, design, permitting and construction of these systems. Shown here is a large regional detention pond in the Village of Mt. Horeb. We provided the design, permitting, surveying, and construction related service for this facility.

SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE

Many communities have sidewalk construction and maintenance programs. These programs might involve spot repair and replacement of broken or damaged sections or the installation of new sidewalk throughout an entire neighborhood. HEA provides the required surveying, design and construction related services for these important projects.

 

 

SANITARY SEWER & WATER DISTRIBUTION

Whether it is design and implementation of regional facilities such as interceptor sewers and pumping station or smaller scale matters such as spot repair of existing water distribution systems, HEA provides the professional services necessary for all types of public works projects.
